Apocalypse is an Oscar Seco paintings serie, based in a trading cards collection mixing sci-fi posters from years 50’s and 60’s, spaceships, flying saucers, religion, anatomic body parts, belics cutouts, catastrophic landscapes, science and old etching iconography.
This serie was painted during the year 2001, and was exhibited in several galleries and art fairs in this same year, placing the paintings in the wall murals, (painted ad hoc), creating the astonishing effect of a giant sticker album.
